Beef Bulgogi Bowls Recipe

1. Marinate the Beef   

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and thinly sliced green onions. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Place the thinly sliced beef in the marinade, ensuring it is well coated.

2. Prepare the Rice 

While the beef is marinating, cook the rice according to package instructions. Keep warm until ready to serve.

3. Prepare the Vegetables 

Wash and prepare the vegetables of your choice. You can slice bell peppers, carrots, spinach, broccoli, or any other vegetables you prefer. You can choose to stir-fry them or leave them raw for a crunchy texture.

4. Cook the Beef 

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef along with the marinade sauce. Cook the beef, stirring frequently, until it is cooked through and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Cook the Vegetables 

If you prefer your vegetables stir-fried, add them to the skillet or wok after the beef is cooked. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

6. Assemble the Bowls 

To assemble the bowls, start with a base of cooked rice in each serving bowl. Top the rice with the cooked beef and vegetables.

7. Garnish 

Garnish the bowls with additional sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

8. Serve 

Serve the beef bulgogi bowls immediately while hot. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful meal!
