Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe

1. Gather Your Ingredients 

Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Dough, chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, blue cheese/ranch, onion, celery, cilantro.

2. Preheat Your Oven 

Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for your pizza dough, usually around 450°F (230°C).

3. Prepare the Chicken 

In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken breast with enough buffalo sauce to coat it evenly. Adjust the amount of sauce according to your preference for spiciness.

4. Roll Out the Dough 

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone lined with parchment paper.

5. Assemble the Pizza 

Spread a layer of buffalo sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Then, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Next, evenly distribute the buffalo chicken over the cheese.

6. Add Optional Toppings 

If desired, add thinly sliced red onion and celery on top of the buffalo chicken. These toppings add extra flavor and texture to the pizza.

7. Bake the Pizza 

Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the instructions for your pizza dough, typically around 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

8. Serve and Enjoy 

Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle ranch dressing or crumble blue cheese over the hot pizza for added flavor. Optionally, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro or parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
